5.  How do I reset a mailbox password?

-Please contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance.

DSU/FX Systems
-Press VMail Button
-Press # when Voice Mail asks for password
-Enter 70 when Voice Mail asks for your mailbox number
-Enter 70 when Voice Mail asks for your password
-Press 6 when Voice Mail starts talking (Voice Mail will NOT prompt you)
-You will hear “Supervisors Menu” – Press 1 for mailbox administration
-Enter mailbox number when Voice Mail prompts
-Press 3 to Modify when Voice Mail prompts
-Press 3 to change password when Voice Mail prompts
-Change password back to extension number of telephone
