Note: chg, bksp, save, one, always, del, and ack are interactive LCD button operations. Use the buttons below the LCD display to actuate the associated operation.

Step 1: Enter Database Administration by pressing Feature # *.
Step 2: Enter Password - # # # # # # # # (8 #'s) Then press show.
Step 3: Press 08 14.
Step 4: Press save.
Step 5: Press show.
Step 6: Press chg to change year or keep pressing next until it advances to items that requires changing.
Step 7: Press chg and change data as required (09 for 9 o'clock) and next to advance to next item.
Step 8: Hang up.

-Press INTERCOM
-Dial* # 0 1
-Dial two digits (00-99) for year.
-Dial two digits (01-12) for month.
-Dial two digits (01-31) for day.
