Bank (“FCB”) relocated its administrative
headquarters for the Richmond region from
Parham at Patterson to Moorefield Park on
Midlothian Turnpike in 2004.
Moving the administrative headquarters was a
large project involving voice, data and T-1
lines. Chesapeake’s staff provided expert,
hands-on service during all aspects of the
project, including:
• Recommending a phone system that met FCB’s
needs.
• Providing a team on-site from installation
through implementation.
• Installing all cables, voice and data
lines for the new phone system and the
relocated computers.
• Providing training to existing and new
employees as needed.
• Informing FCB when updates and new
technologies are available.
FCB has used the inter-tel phone system for
over two years without any problems. Based
on the excellent service provided both
during and after the Moorefield Park
project, FCB once again called on Chesapeake
Communications when it was establishing its
loan production office in Innsbrook.
